Lizbeth Bueno serves as a Senior Project Manager at LSN Law, where she directs the firm’s Land Use and Zoning operations, oversees the governmental review processes, and implements project approval strategies. Specializing in the end-to-end management of complex development applications, Lizbeth provides high-level oversight of site plan reviews, technical documentation, and regulatory due diligence.
Drawing on her extensive background in municipal administration, Lizbeth acts as the primary liaison between client design teams and government staff at both the municipal and county levels. She is responsible for meticulously organizing project requirements, managing strict public notice schedules, and ensuring that every application is positioned for success before it reaches a board, council, or commission.
Prior to joining LSN Law, Lizbeth was a Land Use Coordinator for the City of Miami Beach, where she managed Land Use Board applications and published official city agendas. She also brings significant regulatory experience from the State of Florida’s Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, where she oversaw enforcement operations across Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.
A Miami native and bilingual professional, Lizbeth holds a B.B.A. from Florida International University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and an A.A. with High Honors from LaGuardia Community College. Outside of the office, she is an active runner, reader, and dog mom.
