Olivia C. Polimeni is an Associate Attorney at LSN Law, where she supports clients on land use, zoning, planning, and real estate development matters. Her work includes assisting with development approvals, entitlements, permitting, and regulatory matters, as well as working with clients, project teams, and government officials to navigate local government processes. Olivia also conducts legal research and assists with preparing legal documents, applications, and regulatory submissions.
Before joining LSN Law, Olivia was an Associate at a well-known large local law firm, where she focused on litigation and real estate matters. In that role, she supported case strategy, conducted legal research and analysis, prepared legal documents, and helped manage and coordinate complex matters. Her background also includes experience in operations, constituent services, and organizational leadership. These experiences strengthened her analytical, organizational, and communication skills and helped shape her practical, client-focused approach to legal matters.
Olivia earned her J.D. and LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in Florida.
